A first document will be published here. It'll be a translation of an subject published in Una Voce France magazine. But it will be a poor translation, so I hope Matthiew Shellorn will accept to rewrite it. Then - once wrote in good english ! - all members will be guest to add all usefull suggestions.

After this job will be done, the final document will be set to be printed, and I'll submit it to Felipe Alanis, who ask me about this - as first job of SMC - during our 2015 GA.
